  • ½ cup or 40g rolled oats
  • ½ cup or 120ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 8-10 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Place rolled oats, almond milk and flaxseed into a mason jar.
  2. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed together and the oats are covered in liquid.
  3. Place the top on and store in the refrigerator overnight, for a minimum of 4 hours.
