  • ½ cup or 40g rolled oats
  • ½ cup or 120ml milk
  • 8-10 blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ small apple - cored and grated, or chopped small
  • Optional: ½ tablespoon raw honey

  2. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed together and the oats are covered in liquid.
  3. Place the top on and store in the refrigerator overnight, for a minimum of 4 hours.
