Rolled Oats

Packed with fibre, carbs, and essential nutrients, rolled oats provide sustained energy throughout the day and keep you feeling full. They’re the base of this recipe and serve as the perfect canvas for our cherry pie-inspired creation.

Almond Milk

Almond milk, with its subtle nutty flavour, adds a touch of indulgence to your oats. It’s a dairy-free alternative that pairs beautifully with the flavors of cherries and spices. But if you prefer a different type of milk then feel free to use that instead.

Cherries

Juicy cherries are the star of this tasty recipe! They bring bursts of sweetness and a hint of tartness to your overnight oats, the perfect flavour combo in one healthy fruit. Cherries are not only delicious but also rich in antioxidants and vitamins, with links to heart health and inflammation reduction.

Nutmeg

Add a warm and aromatic twist with a pinch of nutmeg. This spice adds depth and complexity to the flavour profile of your oats, mimicking the warm notes found in cherry pie. Nutmeg is also associated with potential health benefits like aiding digestion and promoting relaxation.

Vanilla Drops

Enhance the sweetness and add a touch of warmth with a few drops of vanilla extract or essence. The vanilla complements the flavors of cherries and spices, providing a well-rounded and comforting taste. It adds a layer of richness to your morning bowl, without adding unnecessary calories.
